Am I allowed to burn candles?

We ask that you always include this detail in your booking process. please make sure your linen is protected from wax at all times to avoid replacement fees.

What does delivery include?

PROviding you with linen is our goal, though specific time requests are not Guaranteed. Delivery covers the drop off of linens in your predetermined local location. items should be accessible for loading when drivers arrive.

Is there a delivery fee?

A delivery fee will be applied if you have chosen this option. the fee is Calculated by mileage & time.

Are there late fees?

yes. items must be returned on the scheduled date. late fees will incur with notice. please contact us if there will be an issue with your return arrangement.
